Kofta is a Middle Eastern dish and is popular in Pakistan and India. This time, apart from being cooked with curry sauce, it is also served with jalapeno bread.

Kofta is in the form of meatballs or minced meat in long rounds. Can be made from beef, chicken, lamb, or goat. The taste is special because it is given complete spices.

Best suited to be given a thick and savory curry sauce. Apart from the kofta bread, it is also delicious served with rice or Jala bread. The taste of the soft Jala Bread is even more delicious when it is dipped in the warm, savory kofta sauce.

This recipe was made by someone from Indonesia named Kartika Dwi Ariyani who made it into meatballs.
